Pre-Pregnancy Stats:
Height: 5’6"
Weight: 125 lbs
Dress Size: 4 (sometimes 2)
Post Partum Stats:
Height: 5’6" (Thank God that hasn’t changed!)
Weight: 189 lbs
Dress Size: Can’t bring myself to find out. As of now I can just manage to squeeze myself into my maternity clothes

Weight Loss Target:
6 months: 64 lbs (I know this sounds like a gargantuan task but what’s a weight loss program without a challenge?)
1st month: 15 lbs (I don’t want to have a weekly target coz my body takes a while to start losing weight. Even 15 lbs is very ambitious but I am hoping to shed that since my starting weight is high and I have a long way to go.)
Plan for Week 1:
Diet:
Breakfast: Cereal with 2% milk, boiled egg and banana.
Mid-morning snack: Apple.
Lunch: Some vegetarian dish with whole wheat bread
Evening Snack: Peanut butter toast and Coffee.
Dinner: Salad, soup and fruits.
Late night snack (remember I am nursing!): Another bowl of cereal!
Exercise:
I bought the Turbo Jam Beachbody 5 Rockin' Workouts
and Turbo Jam Punch Kick & Jam
workout videos and this is going to be my plan for Week 1:
Mon: Learn & Burn
Tue: Learn & Burn
Wed: Learn & Burn
Thu: 20 Minute Workout
Fri: 20 Minute Workout
Sat: 20 Minute Workout
Sun: Rest
At the end of this week, I will update this post with my progress and also post the plan for next week. I will also let you know how I did on the workout front and share my indulgence, if any.
