Steps to boost your Metabolism:

1. Start your day with a heavy breakfast. You are essentially providing the much needed fuel to your body and this is going to kick start your metabolism.

2. Eat smaller, more frequent meals during the day. This gives the body the assurance of constant source of food and keeps metabolism high.

5. Never starve. As you have seen, starvation only slows down metabolism and in turn your weight loss. So make sure you never deprive yourself of food. In fact eating can boost the metabolism and help the body digest the food. So remember, if you are hungry, you must eat.

6. Cardiovascular workout. Get at least 45 min of cardio workout 6 days a week. This burns a lot of calories and is the only way to get rid of the excess fat.
