Whether you are an absolute novice, just taking those first few steps towards fitness and fashion, or, you already have a great body and are totally fashion forward, this site will have some great stuff to offer you each time you visit.

Fitnchic.com has been essentially divided into articles based on Fitness and Fashion. Being a woman myself, and having gone through some tough times (and emerged successfully from them), I fully understand the importance of these two elements in a woman's life.

My journey towards being fit and chic has been tremendously rewarding and through my articles I have tried to share not only what I have learnt from my achievements but more importantly from my mistakes.

I am extremely passionate about both being healthy and looking great and this website is an effort on my part to make every woman feel special enough to care for herself - You owe it to yourself!

Fitness: If your goal is to lose weight or maintain your weight, you have come to the right place. In this tab you will find articles mainly divided into two broad categories - Diet and Exercise. All your myths will be busted and you will soon start seeing lasting results.

Fashion: Now who wouldn't want to look smart, sophisticated and chic! Whether you want to start at the beginning or are just looking for the latest trends, you will find it all right here. The articles under fashion are further divided into these categories - Wardrobe, Accessories, Makeup, Skin Care, Hair Care and Nail Care.

Love or Loathe: There are some things we women feel strongly about. For instance, jackets. Some women absolutely adore them; Others hate them. There is hardly any in-between. In this section, you would find articles talking about the justification provided by both groups of women and my take on that item. Feel free to agree or disagree with me - Hey, everyone has a right to be opinionated!

Learn the Lingo: Is it a shoe, bag, salad dressing or your neighbor's dog? It happens to all of us. We have no clue what some words mean. There is no need to fret over it. This section provides all the latest fashion and fitness definitions so you can speak the lingo!
